Melissa currently teaches live online classes 3 days per week! If you can’t make it to a live class or would like to add more exercise days to your routine, you’re in luck. All of the classes are recorded, and you get all the recordings too.

Live classes are done through Zoom. If you don’t currently have a Zoom account, we’ll help to get you all set up.

New senior fitness classes are being added soon. Sign up to now to gain access to the new classes without an additional fee.


About the Classes:

Silver Sweat

This class has it all and will make you sweat (in a great way)!

– Heart-pumping aerobics that can be done seated or standing (I teach seated!)

-Resistance exercises to strengthen your muscles and bones

-Balance work to keep you strong and steady on your feet

-Stretches to help with range of motion and stiffness

Better Balance

Our Better Balance classes focus on all things related to improving your balance – core and leg strength, posture, moving patterns, and static holds. You’ll get stronger and steadier on your feet quickly while making new friends from around the globe.
